Larissa leads our data-driven academic intervention and outreach initiatives, particularly in identifying retention and graduation gaps for at-promise student populations, those in academic difficulty, and those who are exploring college transitions.
With more than 20 years of experience in higher education student success, she comes to the Student Success team from the School of Computing and Information, where she served as the director of student success. Among many other roles, Larissa has also served as a campus registrar, retention coordinator, career counselor, and instructor.
Larissa is a certified academic coach and holds an MSEd in counseling and BAs in psychology and sociology from Duquesne University.
